- Masukkan panci tambahkan daun jeruk, didihkan lalu beri gula, garam, Gula merah &sisa santan.. Tambahkan sedikit tepung tapioka cair sebagai pengental, koreksi rasa y bunππ.
- Sambalnya: Rebus cabai rawit kemudian haluskan.
- Goreng tahu sampai sedikit kering.
- Lontong beli aja y bun lebih praktisπ.
